Airports & Visas
There are currently no visa requirements to enter Armenia for US, and Iranian citizens.
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. US citizens can enter Armenia visa-free for up to 180 days.

​There are no direct flights to Zvartnots International Airport (EVN) from the US.
The majority of connecting flights land between 01:00 - 06:00 in the morning, with layovers from 3 hours and up.

Direct flights to Zvartnots International Airport (EVN) are available throughout the day from Imam Khomeini International (IKA). ​

Transportation

Taxi
​
Taxi's are very common throughout Armenia and are an easy and quick way to travel. Negotiate prices or agree to a flat rate if you'll be traveling long distances, for example from the airport to Yerevan.

Rideshare
​
Yandex and GG Taxi are the most reliable and widely used apps for rideshare in Armenia. Yandex offers better service coverage and availability, while GG offers larger cars for group travel.

Car Rental
​
For those that would like the flexibility of having their own transportation during the trip, rentals are available at the airport and can be booked in advance.
Hotels & Lodging
The wedding festivities will take place in Garni and Geghard, in the Kotayk Province of Armenia, roughly 20 miles from Yerevan. Travel from Garni to Yerevan is approximately 45 minutes by car due to the rural roads.
We have made a selection of hotels and rental resources in the Kotayk Province for convenience, as well as options in Yerevan for those who would like to stay in a more central area and travel to and from the week's events.
